About

We built the part everyone else skipped.

Zway is a growth marketing execution service. We started it because every AI marketing product we tried produced good drafts that nobody ever published. The missing piece was never better writing. It was a trained person with standing in the places where the writing needed to go, and the systems to keep them fast.

Why this exists

The same conversation, over and over.

A founder builds something good. They know distribution matters. They buy an AI marketing tool because it is the cheapest thing that claims to fix it. It generates a plan and a folder of content, and for about two weeks they feel like the problem is handled.

Then nothing ships. Not because the drafts were bad, but because publishing them requires posting into a community that ignores new accounts, replying to a stranger who disagrees, and sounding like themselves while doing it. All of that is work, and it is work nobody on the team wants to do.

So they cancel, conclude that AI marketing does not work, and go back to building. Six months later they have a better product and the same distribution problem.

We built Zway for the gap in that story. The machine does the reading, planning, and drafting. A trained operator does the part that requires being a person.

How we operate

Four principles that decide arguments.

  1. 01

    Shipped beats drafted

An asset that did not go live is worth nothing, however good it was. Every internal metric we track is a shipped metric. Nothing counts at the draft stage.

  2. 02

    Standing is the asset

The thing worth building is an account a community takes seriously. That takes months and it can be destroyed in an afternoon, so we protect it ahead of any single campaign.

  3. 03

    Write it down

Understanding that lives in someone's head resets when they leave. Understanding that lives in a document compounds. Everything we learn about a client goes into their five documents.

  4. 04

    Say the true thing

Including when it costs us the deal. We tell founders when a channel will not work for them, when they are too early, and when a competitor is genuinely a better fit.

Who is behind it

Founded by Ar. Bhavesh.

Zway is built and run by a small team. The operators who would run your account are named on your first call, and the roles they are hired into are described in full on the careers page, which exists partly so you can check that the human layer is real before you pay for it.

If you want to ask something that is not answered anywhere on this site, hello@zway.ai reaches us directly.

See what we would run for you.

Thirty minutes, a written thirty-day plan, and an honest answer about whether we are the right fit.
