Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website and the free tools on it. They do not govern a client engagement: that is covered by a separate signed agreement. If the two ever conflict, the signed agreement wins for anything relating to the work we do for you.

Using this site
You may read, quote, and link to anything published here. If you quote a substantial passage, attribute it to Zway and link back to the page. You may not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people.
The free tools
The calculators and generators on this site are provided as-is, for information only. They produce estimates and drafts, not advice. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and you should not make a material business decision on the output of a free web tool without checking it.
Anything you generate with a tool is yours to use. We do not claim ownership of the output. Where a tool asks for an email address, that submission is covered by the privacy policy.
Accuracy
We try hard to be accurate, we cite primary sources where we use a figure, and we date the pages so you can see how current they are. Platform policies, prices, and market rates change, sometimes without notice. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, email hello@zway.ai and we will correct it.
Our content
The writing, design, and code on this site belong to Zway. The trademarks and product names of other companies mentioned in comparisons belong to those companies, and are used only to identify them.
Comparisons
Our comparison pages describe competitors as accurately as we can, from their own published material, dated at the point we checked. They are our assessment, not the competitor's. If you work at a company we compare ourselves to and we have described you incorrectly, tell us and we will fix it.
Client engagements
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Scope, price, term, liability, confidentiality, and everything else material to the work is set out in the engagement agreement you sign. We are happy to walk you through that document before you sign it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or the free tools. This does not limit any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The reviewed date at the top shows when they last changed.
